1AuPair Terms and Conditions for Use

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not subscribe to or enter 1aupair.com. If you do not agree to any changes in the Terms and Conditions as they may occur, please arrange to terminate your registration/subscription with 1AuPair immediately.

You must sign up at 1aupair.com for your true self. Outside au pair agencies may not sign up as families or as au pairs. Any outside service in any way shape or form may not sign up as a family or as an au pair. If you sign up as an au pair or a family at 1aupair.com and you are found to be not an au pair or family, you agree to pay 1AuPair $5000.

1AuPair reserves the right to remove your 1AuPair registration / membership if 1AuPair learns that you have provided false or misleading registration information or if you are misusing the site in any way. Misuse of the site will be determined by 1AuPair and all decisions are final.

You agree to use the site as is for what it is, a matching service. 1AuPair does no background checks on Families or Au pairs. 1AuPair does not guarantee the validity of anything posted by any Family or Au pair. It is the responsibility of the Family / Au pair to ensure that the other party is legitimate before moving forward with any relationship.

You agree not to use 1AuPair.com to post any advertising, illegal content or content which is not appropriate for this site.

Use of 1aupair.com is at your own risk. We do not provide any warranty or guarantee of service or success in your search. We provide no warranty for anything involved with 1aupair.com. You agree that 1aupair is not responsible for the actions, writings, or use of 1aupair.com by the other members.

You agree to indemnify and hold each of 1AuPair, their affiliates, officers, directors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of 1AuPair, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or any other subscriber of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws provisions. By registering for or entering 1AuPair, you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the United States of America.

1AuPair reserves the right to charge fees, surcharges and/or membership fees at any time.

As a family or au pair, you are agreeing to be contacted by the counter parties and by au pair agencies in our system. If you do not agree to this, do not use our service. Information obtained from 1AuPair.com is solely for the use of the person who has signed up and you may not republish or make available any information or contacts obtained from 1AuPair.com. In the sign up process you must in no way give out contact information in fields where it does not belong. We regularly scan the records and if you are caught doing this, you will be banned from 1AuPair.com permanently. We record IP addresses of all people that sign up at 1AuPair.com in order to maintain security standards.
